Couples and sex therapy invites us to explore the most intimate and vulnerable parts of ourselves.  I am dedicated to creating a brave space for my clients that fosters trust, safety, and acceptance. I let my authenticity and genuine curiosity guide my work to promote self-compassion and emotional healing. It is my hope to empower my clients through the process of reclaiming oneself and living your most fulfilling life.

My therapeutic style is rooted in a holistic approach that utilizes an attachment focused lens, the mind-body connection, trauma informed and empathic care. As a therapist, I embrace sexuality as a key and beautiful part of our complete human experience. I believe sex is a complex, multilayered experience and that issues related to sex are best honored and explored when observing the whole being. I prioritize reconnecting to the body and using the mind-body connection as a tool to heal. Whether or not this is your first time partaking in therapy, I thank you for your courage in seeking support and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing.

Paige Darnell - A therapist at Denver Couples and Sex Therapy

Paige Darnell, MS, LPC

She/Her

The process of therapy allows individuals and relationships to break away from sexual stigma and the idea that there is one version of how to experience and express their sexual selves. I seek to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients to allow for the exploration, discovery, and integration of an authentic relational and sexual experience for themselves.

As a therapist, I prioritize affirmative care for all individuals, including the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled individuals, and neurodivergent persons. I utilize relational and attachment-focused approaches, experiential practices, psychoeducation, and somatic-based therapies to collaborate with my clients to develop the tools necessary to navigate the world and themselves with compassion and courage. My hope is for our work together to empower you to build fulfilling and lasting relationships with yourself and others. I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you in finding a more expansive identity filled with joy, pleasure, and satisfaction!
